Before anyone applies here you should know the work week is a 48-50 hour week sometimes more depending if saomeone gets fired or quits, your numbers etc. And if you don't work these hours you will get fired. So prepared to put your life on hold basicly. With this company they come first, not your family not anything, Rent A Center is first. I worked with them for over a year and my husband did too. We never saw our daughter. Our daughter started calling our baby sitter mommy. And for all that you do for them all you get back is crap in return. It's really not worth it. This job is for single people not for ones with family. Oh and if you're femal don't get pregnant, that's a disabilty and you will be pushed out on leave then fired when you're 3 months is up.
