Im looking for career advice.

First a little background on myself.....

Im about 4 weeks away from a Masters in Biomedical Engineering (my undergrad is biomed as well). I have been in product development for medical devices for almost 5 years now at a reputable company. Between design controls, document tracking, and intercompany red tape, I am finding that this is all very boring and not really what I thought it would be when I was finishing up my undergrad.

In my tenure as a product development engineer, I have had a lot of face time with clinicians to develop, troubleshoot, and train on new devices. The clinical side of things are where I really feel in tune with. It always seems exciting with the rapidly changing environment.

My question is........does anyone have any advice for entering into a position that is heavily involved with clinical and might capitalize on my engineering expertise? I have read into positions like field clinical engineers or clinical specialists for private companies, basically teaching and assisting customers on how to use the devices. I am just not sure on how to enter said field.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.
