I don't have the license to drive a bus. Someone help me how do I begin? Do I go to school district or is there a web site or private company? I am in new in Charlotte NC and don't know where to start!

Well, first I would go the school district website, look for bus drivers, and see what the requirements are. Then I would go to the website for driver's licenses, and see what it says the requirements are. Then I would check to see if the school district has a training program for bus drivers.

Hi,I have one question.I almost lived in Charlotte one year. I used to drive bus in Virginia. After I came to Charlotte, it is a kind of hard to get job for me. I have Commercial driving license Class A, endorsement. Is there anyone tell me how can I get a job or recommend me any places.

Go to the cms web site and apply. They are currently hiring school bus drivers, the class is free, but you have to pay 93.00 to get the license, when you go to the DMV. You must have north Carolina license, be over 21. You also have to pass the testing, and the drug and background check, which is extensive(fingerprints and all). Good Luck!
