â¢A Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years experience.
â¢A background in client/server and web based systems development.
⢠Experience implementing large 'off the shelf' , multi-tiered, thin client inventory systems, preferrably in a government based institution.
⢠Experience dealing with system vendors and system engineers.
⢠A thorough understanding of the system development life cycle and the project management life cycle.
⢠Considerable experience using a variety of software tools including MS Project, MS Visio, Business Analysis software tools such as Business Analyst 20/20 from PowerPlus Systems.
⢠Experience with projects that require multiple system interfaces including mainframe to client server or thin client systems.
⢠Preference will be given to candidates with IFS Distribution and IFS Business Modeler experience.
Deliverables:
⢠Participate in the development of various test plans
⢠Participate in testing preparation
⢠Participate in test execution
⢠Partcipate in the preparation of end-user documentation
⢠Solution validation and verification - IFS developed modifications and development items
⢠Creation of work plans for various project activities as required
⢠Creation of work schedules for project task coordination as required
