hi frnds,

As i have complete my b.tech(IT)in 2007 and MBA in 2011, currently working as a recruiter in a software company.
Want to change my profile into BA.
having some question-
1.Can i easily switch into this profile or i have to do some certification?
2.Whts the technical things i have to work on to crack the interview of BA?

You have done B. Tech and MBA, you are perfect fit into this profile, BA profile very interesting, Good and easy job,
just you have to understand the client's requirements in set format

I have 5+ years exp in this profile really I m enjoying this

can you pls let me know whats the main thing that i need to take care on while entering into this filed, and pls let me know the basic quest for interview
