Any useful tips on pricing - strategy & implementation

I've recently started a contract with a small business that has great growth potential - the business has now outgrown many of its current processes which I am adressing - one of the areas though is around the pricing of products and services, and area I have had little experience in thus far.

Does anyone have any useful tips or advice they would be able to share?
