Reason for demise of Buyer salaries.

A job that saves companies hundreds of thousands even millions with the right Buyer is being oppressed by the stupids that keep hiring friends&family. This position that requires a Certification is being destroyed by the "how cute" instead of hiring the competent. Not only is this a HR nightmare but the HR personnel requiring a Degree are being filled by really bad/criminal background people that will only put companies at risk of lawsuits. In record the $25,000 being paid is a third whole salary and the HR Manager job at $55,000, can get $3500 a pop for illegals and un qualifieds, making the whole process a living hell for the decent, moral, honest Americans.
