A strong and balanced self perception to aid in negotiations and not be swayed by anything other than the task at hand.

Being prepared/organized to prevent various problems from starting, like wrong type of material, lax delivery schedules, or not the best price, which can all lead to an imbalance in the bottom line.
Lastly, personal ethics and values with a clear conscience to multi-task and remain clear about the overall objectives.

In order to excel higher, do a buyer qualification from engineering backgound - mechanical, e&e? pls advice
