I currently have a Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 2008 longbed with a 6.7 cummings 6 speed manual transmission with 3.73 rear axel.
Can anyone help me, what modification would I need to do to be able to pull a 3 car hauler with it.
Air springs? Modified sway bar? etc....

That truck is not suitable for car hauling. You need a one ton dual rear wheel truck minimum for pulling a loaded 3/4 car wedge. Just imagine what's going to happen when you blow out a drive tire hauling that kind of weight. Here's a great site for car hauling information.
