applying as a caregiver to Canada thru the Canadian embassy in London

hi everyone...hope there is someone out there who can answer my question..i had found a family in Canada and they are going to send me a contract..I am here now in denmark working as an au pair and if I am going to apply for a visa I need to send my application with my documents to the Canadian embassy in London. my transcript of records, birth certificate, diploma, etc are not authenticated. is it a requirement to submit authenticated documents in the Canadian embassy in London?
