What are the chances for a filipino caregiver to find a job abroad?

Hello everyone,
My name is Analisa and I recently graduated AMA School of Medicine, Professional Caregiver Course. I was wondering how many employers are seeing what we are posting on this site, and if there is someone, how many will hire a caregiver from the Philippines. I - as everyone else visiting this site - have the hope that some day will be able to work for a decent salary. As I saw, the best countries to live and work are Canada,UK,USA and maybe Japan. All the others are stages, places where one can achieve experience to make his/her job well and to pursue later for a job to a better place. The best way to succeed is to contact an employment agency (and there is so many!), where you have to pay $ 2500 to 3500 in order to get an employment. How many of us can afford to pay those money?
If there is someone who find another way to succeed, please let us know!
I am afraid to put to many hopes in finding a good job in the Philippines or anywhere else.
P.S. I have applied for a job abroad with few agencies, but no answer yet.
