i have an apprenticeship interview coming up in a couple weeks with the united brotherhood of carpenters. i dont have much experience but am willing to put in hard work and want to learn the trade. can anybody please give me any tips on the committee interview?

I think Czway has good question. How do the unions evaluate who to accept into the apprenticeships? Yes, we know it's slow now, but as long as we trees continue to be used to make things out of, carpentry skills are going to be useful skills to have.

When I applied I didn't get interviewed. Down here in san diego they don't seem picky they take anyone. There was a big orientation and you don't get entered unless a company picks you up and sponsers you first.
