You might consider also asking about franchises, which would spare you from having to start a biz from scratch. I read over and over this year and before that healthcare related businesses are tops, along with top most--cleaning services. Sitter.com; Care.com are out there. Why not CNA.com? on call CNAs. You could grab sitters and aids posting there but for your city to staff, and find clients.
