I just moved to Minnesota from Indiana and I am looking for any classes that offer the CNA course for people like me that have an expired license. I really don't want to go through the whole program over again unless thats the only way I can get it renewed. If thats the case is there any online courses?

Thank You so much, I take the Florida Test on Friday. I am so worried about it. I took care of my mother for four years, she passed on May 5th of this year. I miss her so much. hello again this is sharon in vegas i called the american red cross they gave me a company called fundamental they give the cna classes at some nursng homes in las vegasit is desert lane care center located at 660 desert lane off alta and martin luther king blvd. 702-382-5580. just ask your local nursing board about fundamental company

More than a comment is a question? do the third shift has the right to take a rest? because is the very first time that I am working in this shift and is really hard to keep you awake the whole night. Then I get home and sleep like for a 9 hours, more than usually. Plus when they tell you if somebody caught you sleeping you are terminated ;((

You will get used to it, it is hard. One thing is nice you get paid more. Good luck!

Well this link is NOT for the STATE OF Florida CNA skills. Those videos ar very very old... created for Wisconsin. 45 minutes each and there are over 50... I watched one... it was boring... those were very very old and only GENERAL INFORMATION.

Does anyone know a place/location i can go to improvement my cna skills...I already took my courses for my cna and the school i attended you can go back for refresher at no cost, but its on your own everything is there and u can practice but the teacher be in class so if you would like for her to look over your work she isnt going to leave and stop her class because shes in session. Karen, So many people have asked about the school. Just like you she has a right to say what she want to. Your tone does not sound like a person I would want to take care of my family member. Search deep inside of your self maybe you should not be on this web site. People get different info from different people. Just because you didnt get it doesnt mean someone else wont get it. Also Karen, my father died in a house fire in Dec 07, my mother passed in May 08. I do understand the hurt, but I dont take it out on others. The loss I feel you couldnt even understand, I took care of my Mother for four years. I am the youngest of eight. Any info I receive from this web site helps my pain. So her recruiting helps many people, you getting mad about it only helps you. Selfish right. K
