the cna field is flooded in phoenix , az ....allmost impossible to find a job. i have 15 yrs experience, and had 2 offers in 8 months. the last one was given to someone eles because my background check took too long. i applied at one life care for 4 jobs, the don said there were 165 applications. maybe places have not hired in the last year, no one quits because no jobs are availalbe if they do...cna is a very poor field to get into ...lots of regisrys, but not much work |

Does anyone know anthing about a school called CNA Arizona in the east valley? It's the cheapest and fastest I've found on this side of town but I'd love to get feedback from someone who has been there or has heard anything. They charge $800 for an accelerated 2 week course. |

katherine caparella in Mesa, Arizona said: katherine in mesa,az.can you become a cna if you have falony? I know you can't as a RN, but not sure about the CNA.. I would assume it would be the same, but can't be positive. Most hospitals require background checks these days in Maricopa anyway. In fact, they just put in after Sep 2011 where they require a deeper background check, then level 1. So my best guess, would say you can't have a felony. If I were you, I would just check with the school you are wanting to attend, they should know, as they would be doing a background check to certify you if that were the case. |

The classes are small, so that you can get individual attention if you need it. They also help with job placement. There website is desertwindstraininginstitute.org. |
