Hey there Ayse,
Try the medilodge in howell. They offer free training, but you will have to work for them for a certain time. Try the local community college. I started a program at Monroe County Community College and it is great. The class is $350 and is a 6 week program with clincal training. There is a free program if you are also willing to drive to Detroit. Hope that helps.

Selena, where in NPR can I do a prep course? I am near NPR. I am about to go with Florida medical prep in pinellas because it is the only legit course I can find. I am not interested in the 120 hour schools, just the prep course.

jazzy hey goto google online and typ in free cna training in you area and seen what you find

ps . to all that is lookin for cna train there are not that many schools for free anymore so go on google look in your aera you many have to pay but they do payment plans try it talk to the people they will help ok .

A FREE CNA CLASS IS GIVEN @ MEOC on 125street at the state building RM 1504 the class is 8 weeks-10- wks long they have day and evening classes. GOD BLESS YOU

Yes there are free CNA Courses in NYC. Yes there also free Cert.Medical Assistant Courses as well.CNA classes are at MEOC located at 163 W.125 street 15th floor State Office Building.BMCC offers at CMA class at the same location but on the 6th floor.BEOC located at 111 Livingston Street in Brooklyn offers Medical Office Administration and lots of other courses FOR FREE!!!! Brush up on your math and reading skills there is a TABE test you have to take in order to get in the classes. I am a recent Graduate from BEOC.

Try applying to your local hospitals online and nursing homes go in person and the Assisted living centers go in person in CA they are usually hiring all the time. Take what ever shifts they offer you even if its on call you can make alots of money that way. God Bless you

Thanks for te reply, but looking for it for my wife, so that she can get money for taking care of her mom.
She is care giver for her mom.
And while her mom gives her money, my wife COULD be making alot more money.
And with her just taking care of her mom
money is VERY tight

I need to find a cna class closer to where I live here in Deland. How about "any" medical type of program out there that you can get any free training or tuition reinbursment?? Does anyone near Deland that works in a medical office or facility know of a way to get some free schooling or on the job training anywhere around here? I cant believe they say that florida is full of retirees and elderly and you used to hear that there was this "HUGE" nursing shortage and they are supposed to be "always hiring" in the medical field...but they dont want to offer any kind of training for those like me who are willing and able to learn...but have no money. I'm so frustrated I feel I'm always gona go back to waitressing. I guess I'm beating my head against a brick wall. Cant blame me for "keeping on trying" to better myself. Frustrated in DELAND FLORIDA!

You better check and see if the company copyrighted their book.If they did you can get in big trouble selling them and buying them. (Even copying them)
Most CNA courses have them either listed as copyright or sometimes they do not. But just check first- Good luck-

Yes Tina... I took my coure at TampaBayCNA.com and I had to SIGN a LEGAL AGREEMENT NOT TO disclose or abuse the copyright on their matersl. I know why, they have the best CNA Manual. Easy to use. I paased my test the first time, out of 7 people testing that day, I was the only one who passed. I talked to many of the girls testing on that day and it was obvious that they were not trained the same way I was. I was a little confused if I should do the skills the way I has trained or change, I am glad I decided to stick with the way my teacher taught me. Also, after my test, the nurse told me I was the only one who did everything properly. I tested last.

Tina and Melissa-Yes, I also signed an agreement not to use materials from my class at cnaprepcourse.com. I am glad people cannot share the info or I would feel cheated out of my money if people are copying and using someones elses stuff. There are a few good programs out there and mine and yours is worth the money for those thinking of using someones elses stuff, they should take one of these courses and they will learn well.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news. You can not take the test online. You have to go to a site to take the test. In addition to that if it has expired, (at least in michigan) you will have to go thru training all over again. You will not be allowed to just take the test.
