I am looking to take a class in CNA and so far I have had no luck .There is no funds which are available for this class through the government at least I have not yet found one I did find a class which begins next month in August - Oct for a farely low rate ,but 'I unforunately already own money for a grant that i took out for medical assistant and I trying to find a way to go back to school and or find a grant to help me with this.i really would like to take this course .there have been advertisment in free classes ,yet when looking for these classes it something totally different if you can assist me in any way please contact me through my e-mail address

Hi Kathy,I would like to advice you to check on any health care facility near you. Most of those facilities require one to be committed to them and work for them for a period of 1 year. After I year you can quit if you want. Good luck

They will pay for Cna training or any other training if it is in a high demand field in the state of Michigan! Visit your nearest Michigan Works office and register! I did and begin class in a couple of weeks!

I would suggest you goggle DADS and find your state there, call all those schools and am sure some of them are free and others are cheap. Otherwise you will wait for a long time before you get a break thru' It has taken me over 5 months but finally I managed to get that information. Good luck

you ca go to baptist manor off of 9 mile road they are the only nursing home here to do it they have classes starting 2 week on aug. also sacred hearts nursing home has a scholorship program that will do the same you need to get a tabs test done.( free at escambia county jobs office ) or $80 most other places.

Goggle DADs and find your state, call the schools listed and near you and find out what program they have. Some are cheap others are free and others are expensive. From there you will decide which to take!

On the left side there is Credentialing —
Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program, then go to training provider search you will be able to see your state, From there find out which school you want to attend and the convenient. Note there are nursing homes who can train you and work for them. Good luck
