what you need to do ,go back to school and retake the course again , bcs the state l live lf you not use license for long time they not hire you , they ask you to take the course again.bcs will all leaning everyday

Try your state building. They should have a copy of it. If they do not have it they should tell u how to get it.

What you need to do is contact the board of nursing in youe area.

I got my CNA license in 2004 and went to work for my mother-in-law as a care provider, she pasted away in 2006 but, I didn't even work one day as a CNA and my license expire in 2006. I want to know if I need to take the whole class over or if I could just take the test to get my license renew.
