Can I be part of a good research team with my medicine doctor dregree and no experience?

I just finished my medical doctor education in Dominican Republic, but I haven't take the USMLE, what I want is to get a medical related job meanwhile I study for it, what other jobs can I obtain with my medicine doctor title?
Can I work as a CRA with no certification?
Can I take the exam without any course?

note: I have no US certification at all.

I think you should first set a goal for yourself as to when you would like to take the usmle,because the sooner the better.In the meantime you can try to be Medication care manager in a Sunrise Assisted Living program.They pay good and give medical insurance.

hi.. i am a licensed physician in my country and i am here through a work permit, H1b visa and working as a medical technologist while I am preparing my paper works for usmle. do you think i can get another job while waiting for everything.

i know that finaces is one of the needs for taking the usmle exams that is why i am looking for a part-time job.
