in Wilkes Barre it would be near THE CITY HALL OR NEAR THE COURT HOUSE in Pennsylvania . I do not think you will have to take a test, again. THE OFFICE WOULD BE CALLED THE "LICENSE DIVISION" THIS IS THE SAME PLACE WHERE THE PLUMBERS, ELECTRICIANS, REAL ESTATE BROKERS RENEW THE LICENSES.

Go into a State office building, REMEMBER THE BUILDING WOULD BE A STATE BUILDING

i use to be certafid at davco rest home in owensboro at west tenth street in 1992 and lost my papers to work at anther rest home now im a hospitlite aide and want to get back to cna aide and work the floor and helping the elderly but i cant find out how to get it back some says i have to go back to school to get recertifi what do i do i was a baggerly back then when i had my papers
