I mostly edited erotic fiction for a major online porn site for 2 years, as well as copy edited all written material generated from the main office, from advertising to correspondence. Experience is experience, but how do you think prospective employers would view that the work was done for something as "cheesy" as a porn site?

I don't think it's cheesy. Put it on you resume, with the name of the company. Instead of using the word porn, use adult.

Porn or not, I wouldn't hire someone who can't spell and uses such awkward syntax. I would not hire someone with such poor judgement that he/she uses an anonymous opinions forum as a resource for reliable information.

I can't see how disclosure that your "professional" experience is in the porn industry would enhance your marketability for anything.

I would put it on your resume, but not indicate it's an adult or porn place for fear of scaring away non-porn employers. If you have to, you could abbreviate the name of the site. My friend did freelance writing for a site with a questionable name, and he took the first two initials of the name... for example, BN Magazine or something like that. He got called in for the interview and was able to explain the nature of the site in person, when asked. He got the job.
