I have my Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and have passed the NCE. So all I need for licensure as an LPC is my supervision hours. I have already completed some, both under a LCSW and LPC but have recently changed jobs so need a new supervisor. Does anyone have any resources to find an LPC working with adults with co-occuring substance abuse and mental health disorders (someone with experience with Borderline personality would be awesome).
Also - is anyone aware of what the time frame to complete the hours is? I don't want to have to retake the test or lose my opportunity for licensure just because I missed a deadline. The state board website is somewhat confusing and if someone is already familiar with the information it would be so helpful.
I live in PA close to Philly, but specifically in the Ridley Park area.
