What else can I do?

After a year, I realized I'm having a hard time finding an interstate courier job (as an independent contractor). I've emailed over 100 companies and only 10 emailed me back. You swear they don't read their emails, yet when you call them, no one knows anything. There's so many courier companies, you wonder how the small companies stay in business when there's more popular companies like UPS, FedEx, DHL and others. I've advertised, posted resumes, applied to available courier jobs. I'm out of ideas.

I've thought of pooling up & getting together with others who are IC's and shooting the big companies out of the water, but not sure if that'll work.

i have had the same problem since relocating from cincinnati to atlanta and it so crazy the job market for ic is this way
