I have been caught unemployed in a recession before. I have twenty years of experience mostly at a decent pay, but enough years at low pay. I do not have time to replace any more assets I might yet lose. I would like to know how to get a NY or FL License. I am interested in NY now for the first time. I have worked in VA. and California. New graduates are making the same as my recent earnings and I have a graduate degree and research IQ.
