Depends on size of company- if it's a well-known reputable furniture outfitter you can start at $15 p/h with generous timely wage increases. If it's a smaller company without much overhead you may start in the $10-$12 range. With the smaller mom-pop outfitter you can make your checks look decent with some OT.
