Lonely Delivery Driver in Reno, Nevada

I'm finding that most if not all companies who do furniture in this area don't want experienced workers. They want young kids for some reason. There's even one who hires for 90 days then fires, then the ad goes back up again because they don't want to pay insurance IMO. ( They state insurance AFTER 90 days) in the ad. They have been doing this for a constant 3 years now. Its pretty sad when experienced help with tons of ref's can't even get an interview.

That being said, I'm sitting at home looking at my box van gathering dust and rust while I complain. Whats an man supposed to do?
