how is it that a company can get rid of loyal 6yr employee one of highest paid and extremly depenable,to give a job to unemployed family member of one of there sales members??

Do you work for Harold Boyette? They do this because the rates are more cost effective with a new employee. The only problem is the company starts losing accounts due to everyone is always in training or barely trained.
