What is difference between getting a Bachelors or getting an associate, as far as getting a job, and as far as salary? please help!

the higher the degree the more you are worth. If you check out the curriculum for a aa in business and then the ba or bs you will see with the higher degree like topics become more specific and tailored to you developing the skill.

For RDH duties....absolutely NOTHING! You will be paid the same and your duties will be the same.

Now, depending on what else you WANT to go into.....it may make a difference (I.E. teaching, instructing, research).
