Dental Hygiene for the military?

I have been a RDH for 3 years and am currently layed off. I am thinking of working for the military, preferably the Navy. Does anyone have any information on how to get hired with the Navy? I also am wondering the difference between being a civilian Dental Hygienist or an enlisted Dental Hygienist? If someone has any information could they please let me know? I have looked on USAjobs.gov but there are no Navy jobs on there.

GS, government service... work for the Navy direct this would be the best but hard to come by, we all want this job. Are you working for OMO group now? Would you please explain how things work? I am a brand new RDH and can't find a job anywhere :( Thank you.

If you are willing to relocate to NM there will be a position open, GS6 civilian for the army, as I am declining tomorrow morning. I was hired and went there for the past week to find a place to live but the salary isn't enough to cover my cost of living. If you are single with no kids you might be able to afford it.
