What is the best training for becoming a dental office receptionist? What types of ongoing training or certifications are necessary to be an effective dental office receptionist?

I was a pediatric dental assistant for 14 years. That to me is the best training. You know how long the dentist will need for different procedures. You know the dental terms for everything. However, you can do it with no experience too. I have been in offices where the receptionist has no dental knowlege.
