Hey all, I've got an 04 Ford F-350 with the PSD and have had the issue of puking coolant from the degas bottle. First had it happen in Dec '07, dealer replaced EGR cooler. Happened again this month, they replaced the EGR cooler again, EGR valve, oil cooler, degas bottle and cap. 500 mi later, it's doing it again, and now I'm finding puddles under the truck in the morning. Any ideas? |

Do some google searches. Most guys are replacing the studs with ARP studs and the gaskets. Then thereis a work around forthe EGR valve. Seems to cure it! Good luck. |
