DIrector of Nursing Position

I need to go back to work 12 yrs experience as DON- I am currently looking for managment positions in my area. I am will to do chart reviews or prepare facilities for surveys, write plans of correction, etc. Is there any faciliities or companies out there that are in need? I find positiions posted then they are filled internally. That's not fair, post internally, then post externally last.
