Hello. I am currently an ADON at a LTC facility. I love what I do, I just feel that I may be ready to move into a DON position. How do I go about connecting with recruiters who help fill these type of postions? Also, how can I do this without my present employer finding out? I really like where I work, just ready to move up and I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings where I currently am employed. Ok..any help/advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
