Under the supervision of the Rehab Service Line Administrator and in accordance with Nursing Professional Standards, hospital policies and procedures, provides care to patients admitted to the Medial/TelemetryRehab Nursing Unit and ensures delivery of quality care; adherence to budgetary guidelines and productivity standards; hiring, supervision, and performance management of staff; identification of opportunities for improvement and growth, including program development; monitoring of equipment and supply needs; coordinating activities with other disciplines in order to facilitate interdisciplinary care; promoting communication between Rehab Services staff and other hospital departments and employees and assists in the managerial duties as assigned by the Service Line Administrator.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:

Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia, 3 years Clinical Experience.

Desired:

BSN, CRRN, 1-2 years of Charge /Supervisory experience preferred.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

Licensed currently to practice as a RN in the State of Georgia, BLS certification required. Certification in specialty preferred.
