Hi, just wondering if anyone has any sort of tips or advice for someone that has never had a dishwashing job before. I've been at it for about 7 months now, and while I feel I'm doing a good job(and I've been told I'm doing great by upper management), I always strive to improve. I'm just wondering if there are any tips, tricks, or bits of advice a more experienced dishwasher could pass on to newer ones like myself.

I know I'm late, and I'm not sure if you're still a dishwasher or looking for an answer, but I would say buy hydrophobic (waterproof) clothing to avoid going home saturated, and have organizational skills. If the company that you are employed with has a strong hose/sprayer than that's great. If not, then you can buy one for yourself
