This is a really entry level question, but here goes---I have been having a really hard time with my apical 4C view. I can not seem to ever locate it. I feel very comfident with all of my other views. I would love some input from experienced echo techs on ways to achive and maintian this view (then I can get my good Doppler!). My instructor keeps telling me that it is the hardest of views---but I feel like I have been struggling way to long to get it. Thanks in advance for the help.

when u r in ur long axis follow that rib down laterally to where u would almost be in apical and that should help tremendously!!! Good luck I hope this helps
