Does anyone know if records of companies that apply to the Department of Labor to sponsor visa foreign workers is public knowledge? Is the public entitled to ask and receive these records?

I have noticed that I have lost out on jobs to foreign workers, even though I have the Bachelor's degree and good work related experience. The only difference is I am a born and raised American and they are not. My Bachelor's degree is in electrical engineering.

So, to facilitate my job hunting, I need to know which companies hire visa workers and which do not. There is no sense for me to waste my time applying at companies if they have no intention of considering me.
