why the flux in the field of a dc machine does not cut the rotor conductor equaly

i don't know if i got your question right. however i want to say some thing when the rotor is in between the field individual loop of the rotor will be at different angle with respect to the field the (stator) as you know the highest torque will be generated when they are perpendicular and no torque will be generated when they are parallel.
