are there high voltage gloves people wear so that you can touch high voltage or are those just for low voltage?

Gloves, Sleeves, and die-electric shoes. Allthough I would not suggest working with such voltages unless you are a compatent, Qualified individual with a certificate from a trade school or a liscense. The place is Blacks or Halls safety eqipment out of Penn. USA
