Escrow Assistant/Officer

I have been in the title industry for 10 months. I have learned a lots. I am told that I am doing an excellent job. I am currently licensed. I am doing mostly pre-closing and issuing policies. I open the order, send out the commitments and make requests based on those findings (after the Examiner gives the commitment to me), follow-up with all requests (email, phone) from clients; revise/re-issue the commitment; generate correspondence for both commitment and policy; track recorded documents. I'm doing everything except closing. I would like to continue here for the experience and later move on for the experience and salary. I like what I am doing and would like to move up. I am currently in the $25,000+ salary range. I live in a small town with 2 other title companies. For the right price, I will consider relocation. I appreciate any advise. Thanks,
