I know medical esthetician is not a legal term , but I would like to know if it is easier to work in a physicians office as an esthetician if you have a medical background, e.g., RN, LPN, Medical assistant or phlebotomist ?

My answer is yes. As an RN, LVN, etc a physician knows that you already have an understanding as to how to work in a medical practice enviorment. I know many physician's who prefer this. As an esthetican as well as a healthcare professional, a physician can utilize both areas.
