i see that u passed the ny test. i am getting so nervous about taken it, i took it once and i failed the written. it was not what they told us to study. can u help

Hello. Me again. A question for working nurse-estheticians. I will have completed the esthetics program in Novemeber and would like to work for a plastic surgeon. What is the best approach nas far as negotiations on pay? Do I want commision or per hour? Since I am a nurse I can do double duty, were I feel I could ask for more salary. I need some guidance on those out there that have the experience. Thanks very much!

I took this test about 8 years ago and had passed on the first try. Then it might have been diferent. I just studyied from my book and the rest was luck. Are you using the milady's book and what school do you go to?

well sat the test on monday. boy was it hard. so anyone sitting the test study chapters 3,4,5,6,7,8, and really know the state laws. i do hope this will help. because none of myladia questions where on it. it is totel different the way the questions are asked.
