I am currently in the restaurant/catering industry & have over 15 years experience. I have done everything from serving to consulting. I'm largely responsible for ensuring that caterings go according to plans. I'm proud to say I have a perfect track record thus far. I have very strong organizational, leadership & trouble shooting skills. I love to see systems I've created or detailed planning I've executed succeed. I like being responsible for projects or events. I'm looking to pursue event planning. I don't know how I should go about making the transition.
