I just started my facilities position about a month and half ago. I actually run two different facilities for the same company - I love the job b/c I am the type of person that likes to make sure that things are being done properly and well taken care of. The thing that I dislike most about the job is the elementary type situations that I have to deal with. I have 250 employees in one of my facilities and about 120 in the other. I am part of the HR department as well - so I have to deal with things like employees eating at computers, or not following rules, or things even as juvenile as sticking their gun under tables. That is what I dislike the most.
