I was looking at an engineer job in South Korea. 'Who May Be Considered' section says 'U.S. Citizen'.
#WORLD-WIDE *-All current employees serviced by the Korea CPOC who are currently on an OSLA or Family Member Appointment are eligible to be considered as internal candidates for recruitment purposes. *-Other interchange agreement.

You must meet at least one of the "who may apply" criteria. You may need to send an email to the CPOC in Asia to ask more detailed information and they may be able to direct you to websites that will give you a range of positions for which you CAN qualify.

Simple.
Who may be considered: Those who have applied for the job (who have the general qualifications), AND whose resumes MORE THAN QUALIFY them for the job AND CONTRIBUTE to weeding out the competition. |
