Would anyone know the Ericsson Services, Inc Pre Hire Process? i interviewed in may and just now received a pre hire pack via email. Does this mean if I pass the background that i'm hired?

I did not get the job I guess it was just part of there process. I would suggest to keep applying even for markets that are out of state. They state the relocation is not required.
