How did you get your start doing file clerk work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

I worked in a hospital as an hospital aide,but I did filing also for the clerks, and I was with them for ten years, until I got laid off

No I did not need a particular education background.

and I got started when I knew someone who got me in
