Sorry must of missed your email about the jacket. I purchased one before coming down. They did NOT approve it.I ended up taking it back to the local store here in Indy. Their jackets have grown on me. I think the cost was around $140.

In our final days...lots of studying for the final etc....so if I happen to miss any more questions...please forgive me :)

Thats cool, I dont mind being away, I probably should find a roomy, uh.I've been told about the stress but my nursing agency travels me from hospital to hospital in MO 1-2 days at a time. I am attending the recruitmnt in March for Chautauqua. Is the interview process a breeze or Beware.Reading these blogs seems like the training process is the process everyone is flipping chairs over for. By the way is there any pre-employment advise I should know b4 I start? or Are there any other airlines tht I can apply to that are based out of St Louis that anyone can HELP me with.

Interviews are a BREEZE! Be yourself, speak up and when going around to introduce yourself don't take longer than 30secs. In the interview BE HONEST about EVERYTHING. Any little ticket unpaid or not, they look at it this way if you cant be honest about a simple speeding ticket then what else would you lie about?

to be honest....i dont think they will approve your jacket. i believe they are trying to get everyone "compliant". get use to this word....they check everyone daily on dress code. out on the line...they want us all in their uniform. like i said, you can bring it along and see if they do...but i wouldnt put my paycheck on it.

our class started out at 25...we are down to 20. we lost a few in this past week. study study study and stay in compliance....i cant stress this enuff!!!

2 days till wings...then off to my ioe....white plains, austin, canada....im goin places everyone...woohoo!

Good Luck Meinanutshell with the interview a LGA with Air Wis. I start training with them Feb.25 and they are a great company to get on board with. There next training will be like March.24

Don't stress to much about the boarding announcement...they were pretty lay back and as long as you know most of it you should be fine!! The test on the codes is the first test and some people did not pass it so study for that first.

Hey pink, thanks for the reassuring words. I Sure am hoping I can pull this off. I am like so broke right now and to think I have to go buy a bunch of clothes and shoes right now, is not making me NOT too happy. :-( I guess we can wear just dress pants and a top for the bus casual days?

Suit one day!! business casual the rest,like a nice blouse with black pants except on week-ends you can wear jeans and at nights at the hanger. (jeans). I took only 3 black pants and 7 blouses, one suit. Learned this from another FA. You get to wear the same pants over and over...hahha. not to bad. If you do stay at the same hotel like we did they are like super nizzzzze people there. they let us do our laundry there and the owner even loan us his suv and toyota to go out and get our nails done etc... oh yea! as soon as we arrived at he hotel they were already there in another room measuring us for suits...so be ready to go as soon as you get there.
