jetNYPDblue in Babylon, New York said: That's good to know, babymoon. Thanks for the update. I am in absolutely no hurry, and have all the time in the world. I stopped flying 15 years ago, so waiting a few months isn't going to make any difference to me in the grand scheme of things. The people whose training was cancelled are at the top of JB's hiring list for flight attendants. That is what I was told by Verna Kay and Marlies personally. We will not have to go through the interview process again other than updating our background information to reflect our work history during the waiting period. We have nothing to lose, really.....it's just a matter of time before they eventually start hiring again. I see it as a "glass half full" scenario. YAY! I agree with you. Take this time now to enjoy the time off... Summer is coming and that's a great time to have to spend with your family and friends. You're totally in with JB... it's just waiting for the call for when your training will begin. |

Very cool! That must have been fun working together.. because, you are kinda like family since you were there for him when he did his application. I hope one day I can fly with you the two of you... and babymoon too! |

I got my Godiva chocolates yesterday and was just stunned! I wrote Marlies an e-mail right away since I didn't have anyway of contacting anyone else at JB. That is just so gracious and classy for a company to have so much consideration for people that aren't even employed with them (YET!) It just goes to prove even more so that they stand by what they mean when they say that JB is working to bring humanity back to the airline industry. They are definitely worth the wait. Good luck with everything guys!! I heard from my friend Joaquin that you are all a great group down there. Can't wait to see you all in the skies! |

Holy cow, not only did JB just send us Godiva chocolates yesterday with a nice note, it looks like we are all getting two round-trip jetBlue travel certificates that are good for one year!! I just got mine in the mail today. The letter said they will continue to send us updates via email and schedule us for training as soon as they determine the need for new Inflight Crewmembers. |

I had a Jet Blue F/A interview in Feb. and was sent an email 2 days later that I was not choosen. Funny thing, is that on the Jet Blue web site, it still states "under consideration". I wonder if that has any meaning? Grasping at straws here I know, but I find it odd. Any feedback from anyone?? |

Hi, I want to work for jetblue but i cannot find their application form on the web page. Anyone know where it is? Also, I'm only five feet tall, but I heard they want someone who's at least 5'1. does it make much of a difference? Should I apply anyway? |
|
Shanester in NYC, New York 5 months ago |
Sorry jetBlue is not hiring right now that is why you can't see any application form. |
