So nothing is definite. Where do you live? What are you doing for a living right now? You know, I'm actually entertaining the thought of leaving the current job I got 4 months ago (LOL) and applying for a job as ground personnel; like reservations, ramp, etc...I think I'd still get the flying kuddos without the hassle of delayed flights, turbulences, and all that good stuff....hehehe whaddya think? Natasha thanks responding, im glad to hear your still being considered. I also never got a response either. I work in Customer Service, and every bit of advice in here is valid and can be fulfilling yet very stressful at times, so many rules and pressure. I am taking a buyout later this fall for many reasons. It was one of the toughest decisions of my life. I am living with my son right now, till I get into training and I am still planning on Mem TN I have a son in Nashville. But oh do I miss Jupiter all my friends on myspace keep begging me to go home. Gail Gail, I understand your worries and I do not mind if natasha takes someone with her but just for your info..I am a almost 30 years old woman so I am obviously "she" but not "he"...plus natasha had met other people from this forum in person already and me and her had exchanged e-mails on our personal e-mail. I then asked what company he was with? he stated, I'm interviewing here and why are you interviewing me, I said I wanted to know the company he was with...he stated, "I'm going to "F% you"..and hung up..beware, what job posting you apply for and keep track of the websites you post on..if you have downloaded your resume everyone can see it along with your home address..do not post your phone numbers on the websites or forums it's very dangerous..now this person knows my address/phone number..I have learned a lesson in life this morning.. don't let yourself go through this.. I have been a flight attendant(I was checking other opportunities) for 9 years..PS: also if you attend a interview you never have to go upstairs to room in a hotel usually they are held in large conference room..if you feel weird always take someone with you they can wait outside.. I've got grown children, myself, so I'm flattered that you thought I was a young'un...LOL. I am super careful with everything I do. Some would say "too careful." Thank you again, and I will continue to be careful. The only person I'm planning on meeting up with, in the near future, is PILOT, and I've known her for a long time, she's a cool lady! heartkin10 in Wisconsin 47 months ago	I really do miss Florida. But I had a hard time finding a good job down there. I had my own business for so many years then the ecomomy went south. Even the contractors I stay in touch with are not getting any work. And it is really expensive living in Jupiter. But anyway I will be down to visit all my friends in Daytona and Jupiter. I have to cringe at those door stories - my eye STILL hurts from my encounter with the door. :) I probably haven't told you, but I'm still having to wait on my verdict from ASA because I had to get a special dispensation from my MD on a medication issue. Several of us had the same issue, so I know that I'm not the only one. They've sent out the rejection letters, they've called the "you're in!" people, and then there are those of us waiting for letters and re-fingerprinting (yes, my fingerprints were bad, too). Maybe I should snoop around over there more often. What other aircraft are you all going to be training on? I've decided to take a September training date (if/when they call me) so that I can finish out the summer being a bum. I know that ASA is doing away with their prop planes, and really wish that I could wait until they take it out of the training curriculum. heartkin10 in Wisconsin 47 months ago	Well it was going to be the CRJ 200, then they added CRJ400 and now the CRJ900's arrriving at Pinnacle. They tool possession of 9 already and taking delivery of 9 more, but I don't know when. I know we are training on 2 planes, but I am not sure which two. I have to wait for wereflyn to call me. I've never heard of a f/a having to introduce herself to the pilots - only the "A" f/a if she's on a jumpseat. But we'll never have to worry about that.
